How do I get my downloadable files?
Right after your purchase, you'll receive a download link. If you miss it, simply head to "Your Account" --> "Purchases and Reviews" to find it.
Here's the link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases. Click "Download Files" next to your order.
You can download your file as many times as you need. If your payment is still processing, the download option will be greyed out.
Can I edit the templates on my phone or tablet?
Most of my templates are designed for Canva or PDF editors, which work best on a desktop or laptop. However, you can edit Canva templates on a phone or tablet using the Canva app! For PDFs, you’ll need a compatible editing app like Adobe Acrobat.
Can I print these designs?
Yes! All files are high-resolution and can be printed at home or through a professional print service. Just check the file format in the product description to ensure it fits your needs.
